TCI Carbon Fibre Technologies is proud to have Bruce Hudson join the team as Senior Consultant.
Bruce Hudson brings 33 years of consultative sales experience within the chemical product construction industry. Bruce developed a high level of professionalism as Technical Sales Representative and Area Manager for Sika Canada throughout his career. In early 2026 Bruce formed BWHudson Consulting Ltd. and partnered with TCI to enter a relationship where his industry knowledge and contacts could continue to grow and strengthen.
With extensive experience in the construction and the building restoration industry, Bruce works closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to develop practical solutions for concrete rehabilitation, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and infrastructure renewal projects. His technical expertise includes the application of advanced repair materials, corrosion mitigation systems, and carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) strengthening technologies.
Bruce has also been actively involved with industry organizations such as Construction Specifications Canada (CSC), The Building and Concrete Restoration Association of Ontario (BCRAO), The Sealant and Waterproofing Association of Canada (SWAC) and the American Concrete Institute Ontario Chapter (ACI). He served on each association’s board of directors contributing to professional development and education initiatives within the construction community.
As a speaker at numerous industry events and offices, Bruce is known for combining technical knowledge with practical field experience, providing audiences with valuable insights into durable repair strategies, innovative construction materials, and best practices for extending the service life of concrete structures.
Bruce resides west of Toronto and enjoys extensive travel with his wife and two young adult children. A new destination was also born last September in cottage country on the Bruce peninsula (of course).
